I cannot find my cookbook to find my Corn Chowder recipe so not going to participate in today's Souper Sunday this week, I know it's here somewhere, LOL, will keep looking, hopefully I will find it by next Sunday.
But I took some pictures yesterday on one of the backroads to a friends house, and found this "fence" at one of her neighbors. Some people are so artistic with old rusty junk. I have several items that are in this fence, I just need to learn to weld I guess.
The pigs went off to Freezerland on Friday along with a Dorper wether, so down to 29 Dorpers, until I came home yesterday and one ewe came in from top pasture slower than the rest of the sheep ... she had a "newbie" ram with her .......
i LOVE that freaking fence! so creative! so out there! :) you made me smile!
ReplyDeleteHa! You have no reason to apologize! I just now put up a post trying to (lamely) explain why *I* didn't post a Sunday Soup today. I do hope you can find that recipe for the Corn Chowder though. I love corn and it has piqued my interest.
ReplyDeleteThat fence?? Now that is one very creative person who put all the time and effort (and artistic ability) into it. A true one-of-a-kind.
Your new little ram is a cutie. Sure does look like he and mama are wearing black hoods!
That fence is AWESOME looking!
ReplyDeleteAnd the little ram looks pretty awesome too.
I love that fence too and I'm so glad texwisgirl got to see it. She's really into fences. But this one sure beats the Texas fences.
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh, love the little Ram, so cute.....the fence is great to, Blessings Francine.
ReplyDeleteThat fence is made out of a lot of still good stuff! Midnight Auto Supply would make a couple of those single bottom plows disappear quite quickly :-}
ReplyDeleteThat is a very fine fence! I love the dragon fly.
ReplyDeleteThe lamb is a nice surprise!
What a cool fence, glad you got some photos to share with us!! :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the corn chowder recipe!
OMG, that fence is AMAZING! I could spend hours looking at it! Thanks for the great pictures! Do you know the story behind it? And I can't wait for your corn chowder recipe either - I have quarts and quarts of canned corn just waiting for a chowder recipe.
ReplyDeleteI want that fence!
